Using & listening with my hands, understanding body anatomy & movement, analyzing carefully your body symptoms description is the way I define what manual therapy is.

But most importantly, it is all about serving one main goal which is to improve quality & quantity of your body movements to restore harmony and body’s ability to support your sport and life journey.

Massage

Dry Needling

Western medical acupuncture, most commonly called Dry Needling, is based on the current understanding of human anatomy and more particularly on the concept of trigger points.

It is primarily meant to alleviate musculoskeletal pain (including myofascial), this technique is an efficient way to address nagging pain.

Thai Massage

Traditionally performed on the floor, dressed in comfortable clothes. Thaï massage is different from other types of massage, we can call it “Yoga for two”.

Table Thai Massage

The Thai massage techniques are adapted to be applied while you are on a massage table.

It is a compromise for those who don’t feel confortable on the ground or would like the massage that is mixed with another massage techniques.

For example, it is a perfect option if you are pregnant.

Mobility training

Despite a well-thought-out way to practice your sport, you will highly benefit from a mobility training.

Mobility may badly affect your performance progression. This is why, thanks to specific mobility exercices combined with breathing techniques, a dedicated training to gain the range of motion & strength will support you to unlock your performance improvement.

Yoga

When you feel that you body and mind may need a holistic activity like Yoga to both reset your breathing and mind & restore movement fluidity in your whole body, this is for you.

A private Yoga lesson focuses on your body’s specific needs and we build a progression path together.
